Data rights and requests
This page describes how to ask Willow about personal information connected with the website or a contact message. Willow operates at Jl. Taman Anggrek No. 25, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, Jakarta 11470, Indonesia, and can be reached at +62 878 5241 9036. Requests are handled with care and against applicable Indonesian requirements.
Access
You may ask what personal information Willow holds about a contact request and why it is used. Describe the email address or message date that helps locate it. We may need reasonable identity verification. A response is normally prepared within 30 days.
Correction
If a name, email or message context is inaccurate, ask for correction and explain the change. Willow may keep a prior record where needed to preserve an editorial or security history. Corrected operational information is used going forward.
Deletion
You may ask for deletion of a contact message or related information. Deletion can be limited where a record is needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling or an accounting obligation. We explain the reason for any retained portion.
Objection
You can object to optional analytics, profiling or promotional processing. Willow does not sell personal information. Essential security and delivery processing may continue because the site cannot operate safely without it.
Consent withdrawal
Where processing relies on an optional choice, you can withdraw that choice through the cookie banner or browser controls. Withdrawal does not change processing that already occurred lawfully. It also does not remove technical logs instantly.
Verification
Verification protects visitors from having their information disclosed to another person. We ask only for information reasonably necessary to confirm the request. Do not send a passport, medical record or full identity document unless specifically instructed through a secure process.
Response timing
Willow aims to acknowledge a request within seven business days and respond within 30 days. Complex or legally restricted requests may take longer, with an explanation. The editorial desk records the request and outcome for up to 24 months.
Representative
The editorial desk receives rights requests at the contact address and phone number above. Include “Data rights request” in the message subject where possible. The site does not maintain a separate user account portal.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied, reply with the original request and the reason. You may also seek guidance from a relevant Indonesian authority. Willow will not penalise a person for raising a good-faith privacy concern.
Revision
This procedure was reviewed October 12, 2026. Updates will record new response periods, contact routes or legal requirements. The privacy policy remains the main description of collection, retention and third parties.

Who is responsible for your information
The controller of personal information collected through this site is PT Willow Vitalitas Indonesia, NIB 8120305471826, NPWP 93.418.276.5-034.000, at Jl. Taman Anggrek No. 25, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, Jakarta 11470, Indonesia. Requests can be made through the contact page, by telephone on +62 878 5241 9036 from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 WIB, or by post to the same address.
Legal framework
Rights described on this page follow Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, which gives individuals the right to information about how their data is used, to access and a copy, to correction, to deletion, to withdraw consent, to object to certain processing and to claim redress. Willow also considers Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions and the related government regulations. A person may exercise these rights free of charge for ordinary requests.
What information Willow holds
- Contact details and the message text sent through the contact form or by email: name, email address and the content of the message.
- Records of replies and any follow-up, including the date and the person who handled the request.
- Server logs with IP address, browser type, requested page and time, kept for 90 days for security and reliability.
- The cookieChoice preference, stored in the reader's own browser and not held by Willow.
Willow does not keep accounts for readers, does not collect payment details and does not build profiles of visitors. Because there are no accounts, most requests relate to a contact message or to server logs.
How to make a request
- State which right you wish to use: access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent.
- Give the email address you used and the approximate date of your message so that the record can be found.
- Explain, where relevant, what is inaccurate or what you would like removed.
- Send the request using the contact page, the telephone number or the postal address above.
How Willow responds
Every request is acknowledged within 3 working days. Willow may ask for limited information to confirm identity, such as a reply from the email address used in the original message, and does not ask for identity documents unless a request cannot be verified in another way. A straightforward request is completed within 14 calendar days. A complex request can take up to 30 days, and Willow tells the person why more time is needed.
Examples of how requests are handled
If a reader asks for access to a message sent in September 2026, Willow finds the message and the reply, confirms the purpose and retention period and sends a copy to the original email address. If a reader asks for deletion of the same message, Willow removes it from the mailbox and from the request register, then confirms the deletion. A copy in backups is overwritten within about 35 days. If a reader asks for correction of a misspelt name, the record is corrected and the prior version is not used again.
Reasons a request can be limited
Willow may decline or limit a request where information is needed to meet a legal duty, to protect against fraud or abuse, to deal with a dispute or to protect the rights of another person. In that case, the reply names the reason and the part of the request that has been completed. Records that must be retained are kept only for the period required and are not used for another purpose.
Retention periods
| Information | Period | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs | 90 days | Security, fault finding and abuse prevention |
| Contact messages and replies | 24 months after the last message | Answering follow-up questions and handling disputes |
| Requests and complaints register | 24 months after closure | Showing that a request was handled correctly |
| Backups | About 35 days | Restoring the site after a technical fault |
Sharing and transfers
Willow does not sell personal information. Limited data is handled by hosting, content delivery and email providers named in the privacy policy. Some of these providers operate servers outside Indonesia, and Willow requires confidentiality and security safeguards from each of them. On request, the desk explains which providers hold the information relating to a person's own message.
Children
The site is written for adults. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent a message, they can ask for it to be deleted, and Willow will do so after confirming the relationship.
Complaints and further steps
A person who is not satisfied with a reply may ask the Chief Editor to review it, and the reply to that review is sent within 14 days. A person may also contact the Indonesian authority responsible for personal data protection or the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, or seek advice from a legal professional. Willow cooperates with lawful requests from authorities and keeps a dated record of each request and outcome.
