Advertising and partnerships
Willow is designed as an editorial publication rather than a direct-response sales site. This page explains how advertising and partnerships would be handled from our Indonesian base at Jl. Taman Anggrek No. 25, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, Jakarta 11470, Indonesia. Contact: +62 878 5241 9036. At the October 12, 2026 review, the site carries no paid placements, sponsored articles or affiliate links. The page describes the standards that would apply before any commercial relationship was accepted. It is intended to give readers, and any organisation that wishes to approach the publication, a clear picture of how the line between editorial and commercial work is kept. The page applies to all content on the site and to any person or organisation that contacts the desk about advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, supplied content or product mentions. It is written in English for readers and organisations in Indonesia. Nothing on the page is an offer to sell advertising space, and an enquiry does not create a commitment on either side.
Editorial independence
Advertisers cannot purchase a favourable editorial conclusion or remove a safety qualification. Topic selection remains with the editorial team. Paid work is assessed separately from journalism. Readers deserve to know who is speaking. Editors and writers do not take part in commercial discussions, and the people who handle partnership enquiries do not commission or approve articles. An organisation that has a commercial relationship with Willow receives no advance copy of editorial work about its sector, and its payment does not affect whether that sector is covered or how. Editorial staff do not receive commission, bonuses or other payments linked to commercial income. Readers are told when a financial relationship exists that could reasonably affect how they read a page. If an independence concern arises, the editor responsible for commercial standards reviews it and records the outcome.
Labelling
Sponsored articles, partner pages and commercial placements will be labelled in clear language. Labels will not be hidden in a footer or replaced by vague terms. Editorial articles remain distinct. Links may use appropriate disclosure text. Labels such as "Sponsored" or "Paid partnership" would appear at the top of the page, near the headline, in text large enough to read comfortably and with sufficient contrast. Commercial pages would use a visibly different layout element so that a reader scrolling quickly can still tell them apart. A list of all labelled pages would be kept on this page. The same label would be used consistently throughout the site so that a reader learns to recognise it. Commercial material would not be presented in the format of a news article or reader question. Links in commercial pages would be marked as such, and labels would remain for as long as the page is online.
Health claims
Willow will not publish unsupported guarantees, cures, fear-based urgency or claims that a product is necessary. Health-related statements need credible substantiation and appropriate qualification. We may decline a campaign that conflicts with the health notice. Substantiation means a reference to a credible public source or published research that a reviewer can read, and wording that does not go beyond what the source says. Before-and-after comparisons, claims about speed of results and statements that a product replaces professional care are not accepted. Products marketed in Indonesia are expected to hold the registration required by the relevant authority, and the number must be accurate. Terms such as natural, clean or traditional are not accepted as proof of safety or quality. Claims about energy, vitality or performance must not suggest that a product remedies or reverses a condition. Material that refers to a medicine or other regulated product is reviewed against local labelling rules before it is considered.
- (a) Not accepted: promises of specific results, claims to remedy a condition, or urgency designed to pressure a decision.
- (b) Required: a source for each factual health statement and a clear note that individual circumstances differ.
- (c) Checked: registration and labelling details for any product that is mentioned.
Audience safety
Advertising should not exploit anxiety, shame, body dissatisfaction or private health concerns. We do not knowingly target sensitive health categories based on an inferred condition. Contextual suitability matters more than aggressive reach. Creative that suggests a reader is inadequate, ageing badly or failing in a relationship is declined. Material is expected to be suitable for a general adult audience, and imagery should not rely on idealised bodies to imply an outcome. Willow does not accept advertising for services that could affect a person's safety if used without supervision. Advertising would not be placed next to articles on sensitive topics, such as mental wellbeing or medical symptoms, where it could appear to be a response to a reader's personal concern. Content is not directed at people under 18. Willow reserves the right to remove material if feedback shows that it causes distress.
Data
Willow does not sell contact lists or use editorial messages as a supplement database. Any advertising technology must be described in the privacy and cookies policies. Optional measurement requires an appropriate visitor choice. Partners receive only agreed information. Typically this is limited to aggregated figures such as the number of views of a labelled page, and does not include names, emails or messages from readers. No partner is given access to the contact form, to server logs or to a reader's cookie choice. A data-sharing arrangement with a partner, if any, would be written down and available to readers in summary on this page. Any partner reporting data would be kept only for the period agreed and not longer than 24 months. A transfer of information outside Indonesia would be described in the privacy policy and would respect the safeguards required by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Readers can ask the desk what information, if any, has been provided to a partner, and the request is answered within 14 days.
Review
Commercial creative is reviewed for factual clarity, accessibility and alignment with site standards. Approval does not mean Willow independently verifies every business claim. Readers should assess a product and provider themselves. The review is carried out by an editor who is not involved in the commercial discussion and takes up to 10 working days. It checks the wording of claims, readability, alternative text for images and any need for qualifications. Willow may ask for changes or decline the material, and approval can be withdrawn if a problem is found later. The review record states the date, the reviewer and the outcome, and is kept with the commercial files. Approved material is checked again if it stays online for longer than 12 months. Partners are told in writing what must be changed and are given a reasonable period to respond.
Prohibited categories
We may decline unlicensed services, misleading medical offers, counterfeit products, unsafe practices, exploitative financial claims and material aimed at vulnerable people. A campaign can be rejected even after initial discussion. Safety is not negotiable. Willow also declines advertising for products or services that are restricted or regulated in ways that would be inconsistent with an informational health publication, and material that makes comparisons with named competitors in order to disparage them. The decision rests with the editor responsible for commercial standards, who records the reason in writing. Other examples include material that suggests a person should stop seeing a health professional, content that relies on personal testimonials as proof of results, and offers that use countdowns or scarcity to press a decision. Material that targets people based on an assumed health condition is also declined. A declined enquiry receives a short written reply, normally within 10 working days.
Corrections
If a paid page contains a material factual problem, contact the desk with evidence. The page may be corrected, labelled or removed. Commercial status does not prevent a correction. We keep a dated record of meaningful changes. A report is acknowledged within 3 working days and assessed within 10 working days. If an error is confirmed, the correction is made promptly and a note explains what changed. A commercial partner is asked to supply substantiation if a claim is challenged, and the page remains offline until the question is resolved. Corrections to commercial pages receive the same dated note as editorial corrections. If a partner does not respond to a request for substantiation within 10 working days, the page may be removed. A reader who raised the concern is told of the outcome where they have given a way to reply.
Complaints
Readers can use contact.php or the listed phone number to raise a concern about labelling or a claim. Include the page title and specific passage. We review complaints during business days and respond where a response is appropriate. A complaint is acknowledged within 3 working days, and a written outcome is normally provided within 21 calendar days. If a reader is not satisfied, they may seek guidance from the relevant Indonesian consumer-protection or advertising oversight body. A complaint does not affect how the reader is treated when using the site. Complaints are recorded with the date, the page and the outcome, and the record is kept for 24 months. Where a concern involves personal data, the privacy policy sets out the rights and routes that apply.
- (a) Acknowledgement: within 3 working days.
- (b) Written outcome: normally within 21 calendar days.
- (c) Second review: a reader can ask for a second editor to review the outcome, which is done within 10 working days.
Revision
This policy was reviewed October 12, 2026. Any future change to commercial practice will be dated and reflected here. Questions can be sent to Willow at the Indonesian address above. The policy is reviewed at least once every 12 months and before any commercial relationship begins. Telephone enquiries about this page are taken Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB, excluding public holidays. Earlier versions can be requested from the desk, which normally responds within 10 working days. At this review, the site has no active advertising or partnership agreements. The dated entries below summarise its history.

Additional notes on advertising and commercial relationships
Current position
At the time of this review, October 12, 2026, Willow has no active advertising agreements, sponsorships or affiliate partnerships. The publication is funded by its owner, PT Willow Vitalitas Indonesia (NIB 8120305471826). Articles are written to inform readers, and no company has paid for the topics chosen, the wording used or the sources cited.
Standards for any future advertising
If Willow later accepts advertising, it will follow these standards. Commercial material will be labelled clearly, placed apart from editorial text and written in language that is accurate and verifiable. Advertisers will have no say over articles, and editors will not change coverage to suit an advertiser.
Material Willow will not carry
- Advertising that promises specific health outcomes, uses before-and-after claims or suggests that a product can replace medical care.
- Material about gambling, tobacco, vapour products, alcohol, weapons, adult content or illegal substances.
- Products marketed with disease claims, unregistered products or offers that fall outside Indonesian regulations on advertising and health products.
- Pages designed to look like articles, fake reviews, invented testimonials and clickbait headlines.
- Messages that create false urgency or depend on pressure to decide quickly.
Labelling
Paid or sponsored material would carry a visible label such as Advertisement or Sponsored content, placed before the material and described to screen readers as well as shown visually. Affiliate links, if ever introduced, would be marked next to the link and explained on the page where they appear.
Data and advertising technology
Willow does not currently use advertising cookies, remarketing tags or third-party tracking, as described in the cookie policy. Before any such tool is used, the cookie policy and privacy policy will be updated, and readers will be asked for a choice through the banner. Readers' contact messages are never sold or shared with advertisers.
Compliance with platform and legal rules
Willow follows Indonesian rules on advertising and consumer information, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, and the policies of the advertising platforms it uses to reach readers. Any promotion of Willow itself describes the publication accurately: an editorial site offering general information, not a clinic, shop or provider of personal advice.
Enquiries and complaints
